Lightmobile the Volkswagen Beetle was covered by 1,659 computerised light programmed to flash and glow in a variety of sequences. BUBBLEHEADS, a bicycle built for 4 riders, each rider's head appearing to be a bubble of light (a sphere covered with 200 computerised lights).
THE HIVE at Grand Canal Square, Docklands there was a projection of light and sound. by entering into The Hive, you take control of one part of an interactive fantasia, driven by your movements and by the changing rhythms and timbres of the accompanying Philip Glass music. Drawing you in to explore the rich mix of sound and light, The Hive imagines a number of encounters with otherworldly life forms and environments. It was produced by Digital artists KMA (Kit Monkamn & Tim Wexler) develop installations and light sculptures that are rooted in the physics of nature and the mathematics of swarm behaviours, cellular automata and chaos.

THE DAY LIGHT LOUNGE - 'Beat the Winter Blues, brush off the stresses of the street, relax and receive some light therapy'. This is your solution to Seasonal Affective Blues. Many kitchens in Belfast City are deficient in natural light due to the towering Peace Walls outside there back doors and having to convert to artificial natural lightening.

WHAT THE HELL ARE TEH WINTER GAMES??
Just as the 20th Century demanded new forms of Art so too does the 21st century demand new forms of leisure. SPART is the ultimate hybridisation of art and sport and is therefore the most evolved form of leisure on the planet. The winter games is a three day misery-alleviating extravaganza stuffed full of all teh things you never thought of doing with your time. some games are played in teams some are played as individuals. All of them have winners and losers and medals and certificates and all the other kind of stuff you'd expect in a games event.
Bored with the monotony of consensus consumer reality? Do you wish there was something a bit more interesting and entertaining than endless re-runs of Friends? We have a suggestion: SPART

During the 7th, 8th and 9th February 2008 we invited the people of Belfast to come and play a series of new games with us. All the games were fresh from the SPART Action think tank and included such unforgettable events as:
